Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration preferred 

Required Skill

Associate will be responsible for leading the customer’s acquisition program and play an important role in making a plan and driving it. 

  • 2 -3 years’ experience in sales lead generation or direct selling of product and services
  • Excellent cold calling & convincing skills - to find out decision makers in the prospective companies
  • Target oriented approach with strong ability to generate business meetings and create sales pipelines and follow up to win client’s RFQ
  • High level of lead generation activities and update client database with aggressive follow-up on mail & through social media
  • Self-motivated and committed in achieving the set goals
  • Understand client needs and requirements and offer firm's services and customized solutions
  • Managing all types of phone, mail, email enquiries of customers
  • Responsible for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly business reports on Productive sales call, Update on client meetings
  • Responsible for value based monthly benchmarks
